1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number during registration.
• Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance in that account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. hot128 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• The Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time for security or compliance reasons.
• Documents that may be required for KYC include a national ID, passport, utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
• The name registered on your hot128 account must match the name of the bank account or digital wallet owner used for transactions.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within this period will expire automatically.

• The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including hot128 itself.
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as advertised by the respective game provider and can be verified in the game information.
• In technical situations such as internet connection disruptions, session disconnections or software errors, the last result recorded on the hot128 server is final.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect display during a game, hot128 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original wager amount to the player.

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

• Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to you via the original payment method, subject to the resolution of any ongoing investigations.
• In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, hot128 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance or wins associated with the offending activity.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as determined from time to time.

9Liability Limits
